NOTES:

  1. Now Booking July  & August 2023 Makeup Appointments.
  2. NO SAME-DAY APPOINTMENTS.
  3. During checkout, enter the address for the appointment in “Additional Details” section.
  4. After checkout, you’ll receive both email AND mobile text confirmations.
  5. The remaining balance of $95 would be due via Zelle or via the website by 10pm EST the day before the appointment, or your appointment would be canceled.

Any non-urgent or general questions can be emailed to info@facecandystudio.com at any time during the week, and you’ll receive a response within 24 hours, if not the same day.

Location

We are a completely mobile company. All makeup services are provided at YOUR LOCATION in Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, or Bronx. Enter YOUR LOCATION for your makeup appointment in the Additional Information Field, and again as the Shipping Address in PayPal. New Jersey is not included in our coverage area at this time.

Yelp

If you have purchased a Yelp gift card or discount, you must still return to this page to schedule your appointment for $15.

Once you redeem your gift card, your $15 would be returned a few hours afterwards.

$1 Wednesdays

$1 Wednesdays allows anyone to receive makeup services at their preferred NYC location for only $1. Once the appointment is booked no balance payment would be necessary. There are special rules that do apply to receive this appointment that does not require any further financial commitment. This would be explained after booking. This promotion can be stopped at any time.

Lashes

If you do not want lashes, simply let your makeup artist know when she arrives. However, this would not change the price of the appointment. Your makeup artist would not perform lash removal services. You cannot have false lashes on before she starts your makeup, otherwise she would not add lashes on top of previous lashes.

Airbrush

If you would like airbrush makeup, add our Airbrush Makeup Upgrade add-on to your cart. This will increase your total cost of party makeup to $135.

Groups

If you would like to book 2 appointments at the same time, WhatsApp us first for availability.

If you would like to book a group of 3 or 4, WhatsApp us first, for availability.

Refunds
  1. We do not provide refunds, unless our artist is suddenly unavailable (which is rare.) However, we are committed to 100% customer satisfaction.
  2. If you need to reschedule your appointment, simply WhatsApp us and we’ll help you with that request. There is a $15 fee associated with a reschedule.
  3. If you are more than 5 minutes late to your appointment at YOUR LOCATION, your makeup artist may request you reschedule, to avoid her being late for her remaining appointments.
  4. If your makeup artist is more than 5 minutes late, you would be given a gift card to be used at a future party makeup appointment.
  5. If you are unhappy with your makeup look after your appointment has ended, contact us via WhatsApp or email and you would receive a gift card to be used at a future party makeup appointment.
COVID-19

Our makeup artist has the option to wear a face mask for the full duration of your makeup appointment. Also, if our artist considers your cold-like symptoms to be uncontrollable or impeding, she has the right to refuse service, and recommend you reschedule by returning to this page and booking a new appointment at the next available time. Likewise, you have the right to refuse service, and reschedule for free, if our makeup artist arrives and appears to be coughing or sneezing uncontrollably.
